Strictly do not wear jeans. Strictly do not wear or carry any kind of jewellery and ornaments. Do not apply perfumes, sunscreen or any other lotions on your body during the program. You need to carry a hat/ cap and a bandana. You need to carry a small torch-flash light. Strictly do not carry any food packets, chocolates, chewing gums, energy bars, plastic bags or any other plastic material. Do not carry any chemicals, hand-washers or sanitizers. You need to wear hiking/ sports shoes along with cotton/ sports material thick socks.
