Nitish Bharadwaj, a celebrated & award-winning actor, screenwriter & director, has acted in over 15 feature films in Marathi, Hindi & Malayalam languages. He directed a mega-historical TV show titled ‘Geeta Rahasya’ with Irrfan Khan & later directed a Marathi film titled ‘Pitruroon’, for which he won the Maharashtra State Award for best direction. He was also nominated for Screen Award’ as the best director. Nitish was also creatively active in theatre & radio in the UK for a while.

Nitish is globally best known to Indians for his portrayal of Lord Krishna in ‘Mahabharat’ & Lord Vishnu in ‘Vishnu Puran’, both produced-directed by BR Chopra & Ravi Chopra.

Being brought up in a strong religious, spiritual & literary family, he has always tried to apply the essence of ancient Indian texts to today’s life and has been a motivator to all his fans through his social media handles.

‘Mutation’ is an extension of his same endeavour by reaching out to globally varied audiences.

Nitish does not claim to be an authority on sacred texts and tries to convey his viewpoint in order to help people see a modern perspective to ancient Indian knowledge.

Nitish supports charitable organisations working in the field of spirituality, healthcare of old people & imparting education to children in the tribal areas.
