Skilled people, who can translate sophistication of distinguished architecture, extol character, and gripping socio-economic fabric into a two-dimensional frame of the photograph are invited to participate in this photography competition. Participants from across India and glob are invited to explore old city maze of Ahmedabad and array their explicate interpretation of UNESCO world heritage city. LxS heritage map will become the virtual guide for participants by helping them to identify Heritage sites, information and the convenient areas… Comprehensive information about various heritage monuments, pols, contemporary buildings are located on the map. *CATEGORIES* PROFESSIONAL – Formal registration through an official website. What do we mean by professional? No official title is needed. Everyone with a Pro Camera and skills to use it is allowed to register. Competition is open for local photographers or travellers *PRIZING * 1) WINNER AWARD – $ 2000 US Dollar worth sponsored visit to Madrid to attend an international workshop at ETSAM University (During the winter academic year- 2019) 2) HONORARY AWARD – 20 shortlisted entries will be selected for the honorary award category. Images chosen will be exhibited at the LxS exhibition during Heritage week -2018. 3) All the shortlisted and winning entries will be awarded LxS heritage Photography Awards certificate.
