“Some painters transform the sun into a yellow spot others transform a yellow spot into the sun”- Pablo Picasso.

Mrs. Bharati Shah is among the latter group of painters. She has excelled in painting and has been painting since over two decades now. Her painting has been able to bring out positivity to her audiences and calls for a moment to hold and just watch. Her elegant creations and contemporary artworks are truly a sight to behold.

She believes that the process of painting is the process of healing. Her Paintings say the things which are unsaid or unspoken. Apart from this this exhibition will unfold the beauty of art for its viewers. Mrs. Bharati is a self-taught artist and possess a bold artistic expression across different mediums like oil water colors acrylic etc. Her works bring out the best of any location- be it homes or office places across the globe.

A painting depicts the ideas and emotions of the creator in a 2-dimensional visual language. It is that form of art which talks and heals both: the curator and the viewer. A painting is comprised of shapes lines colors tones and texture; but still the most important element remains the eyes and the hands of the painter. These elements when combined into expressive textures and patterns representing something: like fiction supernatural world abstract patterns stories or texture is referred to as a painting. There are various means and forms which an artist can use to curate his ideas and turn them into beautiful paintings. How they do so depend on their technique skills and interpretation.

The term “Metamorphosis” in artistic terms means an oil-based canvas. This kind of paintings were first seen in 1937 which was painted by the Spanish Surrealist Salvador Dali. This initial period is also referred to as the Surrealism. This period also saw evolution in other forms of art including the literature film and theaters.
