Go to a Forest. Walk slowly. Breathe. Open all your senses. Experience the medicine of simply being in the forest.

The idea is simple: visiting a natural area and walk in a DivingDeep manner. And of calming, rejuvenating and restorative benefits to be achieved.

DivingDeep has been organising excursions cum therapy walks in local areas to offer experience this forest bathing- practice and its benefits. The main idea of organising such excursions is to also increase public awareness and acceptance of such wilderness therapy, and similar practices that mobilise the connectivity and healing power of nature.

During this event DivingDeep instructors will provide resources, information and advocacy for the forest therapy and nature connection. It is very important to transform our cultural relationship to forests through fostering deeper relationships and positive experiences with wilderness areas.

Age:
12 years and above

Hiking and bit of scrambling:
Basic level of trail for 7 kms

Other Activities:
– Breathing Wild Air and Reconnecting with Rocks.
– Experience Space of Contemplation to Explore Nature.
– Connecting the Self with Nature and Nourishing Body through Restorative Therapy, into the wild!
