With the hectic world we live in, meditation seems to be becoming more relevant as each day passes. Looking at the way we live our lives today leads to more blocking of our energy and emotions than ever. This makes it difficult to still the mind and be in touch with ourselves at all, often making true well-being difficult.

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy.

This Dance Form we will be used in a meditative way. It is the energy of dance.

This is dance as a total meditation, where all inner division disappears and a subtle, relaxed awareness remains.

So lets we all celebrate new dance form in a meditative way to get free from all blocked energies in our body!!

Rishma Palkar is an MBA in Management Information Systems and trained in Osho Meditation Facilitation, Zen Counseling and Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Body Mind – Meditative Therapy. She facilitates Meditations, Sister Circles & co-facilitates transformation retreats.
