With the hectic world we live in, meditation seems to be becoming more relevant as each day passes. Looking at the way we live our lives today leads to more blocking of our energy and emotions than ever. This makes it difficult to still the mind and be in touch with ourselves at all, often making true well-being difficult.

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy.

This Dance Form we will be used in a meditative way. It is the energy of dance.

This is dance as a total meditation, where all inner division disappears and a subtle, relaxed awareness remains.

So lets we all celebrate new dance form in a meditative way to get free from all blocked energies in our body!!

Rishma Palkar is an MBA in Management Information Systems and trained in Osho Meditation Facilitation, Zen Counseling and Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Body Mind – Meditative Therapy. She facilitates Meditations, Sister Circles & co-facilitates transformation retreats.

The built environment becomes the stage on which this race for economic development unfolds. The role of an Architectural practice in today’s age cannot simply be limited to delivering functional , utilitarian or aesthetically trending objects. We believe this questioning of what it means to be a Design Practice in the architecture and urban sphere allows one to redefine their core values and responsibilities as a practitioner and a citizen of a post-modern nation. Through our work in the domain of architecture, interior, urban design and research, we aim to redefine and learn about these new Social, Environmental and Civic responsibilities of today’s Architect.

Established in 2017, Compartment S4 is a multidisciplinary practice with studios in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore. They offer an array of design services encompassing Architecture, Interior Design, and Urban Design as well as research and publications. Co-founded by 8 partners, Compartment S4 operates as a collective committed to delivering user-centric solutions deeply rooted in their immediate surroundings. Through an iterative design process, they aim to achieve sustainability on social, economic, and environmental fronts. With a deep sense of purpose, they endeavor to create resilient built environments backed by rigorous research and dialogue. Compartment S4 is a practice with a conscience.
