Under the initiative of SEVA where JITO Ladies Wing is doing phenomenal work, we have planned a visit to Blind Peoples Association (BPA) in batches of 20 people for three days- 17/18/19 February 2020.

The program, VISION IN THE DARK will be conducted in a hall that is spread over pitch dark area of about 2,000 square yards, and the concept is only one of its kind in the country.

The project was developed by Mr. David Curtis and Mr. David Sadden from the UK, with existing models in Vienna and Amsterdam.

This program was decided by Ahmedabad ladies’ wing to sensitize people about how fraught the path of the unsighted is and how they manage their life by developing alternative senses… Following this, we will visit a museum where we will see how technology has helped in making the life of visually impaired easy.
