This Sunday, we at MYBYK are organising a Meetup with a bike ride starting from Adani Shantigram | Shoppers’ Plaza to Karai Dam. So join us with your friends and family for a tryst with nature. Who can participate? Anyone can participate in the group ride by buying tickets for the event. 2. What time will the ride start and by what time will we return? The reporting time for the event is 05:30 AM and the event would be flagged off at 06:00 AM sharp. We expect to be back by 10:00 AM. 3. Do I need to register if I am bringing my own cycle? Yes! This would help us plan for food & beverage arrangements (if applicable). 4. What does the ticket price include? It is mentioned with the respective ticket you buy. 5. Is helmet compulsory to participate? While helmet is not compulsory, we would strongly advise participants to carry & wear one. 6. Can I bring my kids along? Yes you can! However, in case of rental bikes provided by us, the cycles are meant for adults only. It will be your discretion to allow your kid to ride these bicycles. 7. What if I am unable to complete the ride? There will be a support vehicle available throughout the ride. For any reason, should you be unable to complete the ride, you can return the bicycle in the support vehicle and conclude your ride midway. Please note, you will be required to arrange for your transfer on your own. 8. What happens in case it rains on the day of the ride and the event is canceled? The objective of ride is to get close with nature during this rainy season and it is highly unlikely that the ride will be canceled even if it rains. However, in the unfortunate case of it being canceled, we shall refund your ticket amount back to the channel from which you made the payment.
