Jhalana shelters more than 25 leopards and has probably the highest density of leopard populations across India. This makes it a place where Leopard sighting chances areal ways 100% and hence it is rapidly getting popular across wildlife photographers across world. Along with leopards it is also a habitat for Nilgai, Spotted deers, Indian hares, Porcupines, Foxes and Hyenas. Though its a dry deciduous forest, Jhalana is a brilliant spot for bird photography as well. It hosts more than 150 birds across the year with popular birds like Red necked falcons, Indian pitta, Indian eagle owls, Francolins, Buzzards, Peregrine falcons etc. ITINERARY Day 1: Reach Jaipur by 1 pm. Transfer to resort, check in and rest. Post lunch gear up for the first leopard safari in Jhalana forest area in Safari gypsy. Evening back to resort.
