Ashish Mehta lives with his wife Dimple Mehta and his son Lalu in parle, Mumbai. Dimple is in dip love with Ashish and is joyful. Dimple doesn’t like Ashish’s secretary Roma that she is continuously in touch with Ashish. Meanwhile Jignesh Makad, a pathologist who is friends with dimple brings news to her that she is suffering with blood cancer and is only going to live two months.

Shocked Dimple plans for second marriage of her husband in her presence to ensure a companion for her husband for the life and for that she selects Roma.
She conspires to convince Ashish and Roma and that creates series of hilarious events. At the end Ashish and Roma agree to marry but Dimple finds out that her report of cancer was misleading. Now she is trying to stop the marriage. Jignesh Makad , neighbor Shudha and maid of the house play important characters to make the entire drama hilarious.
