A safe space centered toward healing by using Art as Prescription. For Culture Vitamin’s second event we’re going to use Prose as Prescription.

Share your stories anonymously to The Safe Haven’s page (@safehavenbyaskdivya) or send it in via email – we will combine all stories to read them at the event. Let everyone feel that they aren’t alone in this.

Event Programme:
1. Prologue 4:00 pm
2. Common Stories 4:15 pm
3. Prose as Prescription 4:45 pm
4. Candid Session with a Psychologist 5:15 pm

The organizer, Divya, started The Safe Haven Project – a digital mental health initiative in the August of 2019 to build a safe haven for people experiencing depression and those who do not find support so readily. It’s a way to tell people – you are not alone!

Culture Vitamins by The Safe Haven Project is an unofficial prescription of cultural activities to heal, survive and thrive. The purpose is not to find solutions to or cure depression but to build long-term skillsets to thrive in spite of it.
