As new research and experience broaden our understanding, changes in research methods, professional practices, or medical treatment may become necessary. It has always been an endeavour of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) to update the skill and knowledge of its members by sharing scientific information through various platforms. Academy Of Pediatrics (AOP) , Gujarat has always been the front-runner in such activities. Academy Of Pediatrics (AOP), Ahmedabad have decided to organize 43rd Annual Conference of AOP, Gujarat “GIAPCON 2017”; on 16th & 17th December ,2017 at YMCA INTERNATIONAL Centre, S.G.Highway, Ahmedabad. As we all know whenever AOP Ahmedabad has organised any academic programs, it has always been an overwhelming response from all over Gujarat and same we are expecting this time also from all our members. We have tried to touch different components of paediatrics in our academic contents. More than 260 paediatricians from all over Gujarat & nearby areas have already registered for this prestigious event. Expert speakers of national and international repute are going to share their current knowledge. Apart from the academic feast, we have a grandiose banquet dinner with tuneful musical evening, which will definitely convert all of us into performers. Unless there is a change in behaviour, learning has not taken place. Transformation only takes place when information is internalised. Most people fail in life not because they lack talent but because they lack the burning desire.
