Anna Tanvir and Maninder Singh formed a duo of harp, guitar and two voices in 2017. They perform their own songs and others from around the world in many different languages, rhythms and musical arrangements to create a unique and original duo. Their program is a soulful musical journey from Dublin to Dehradun; songs of love, life, and loss.

Anna Tanvir is a singer of Indian/Irish origin. Trained at The Royal Academy of Music, London, Anna accompanies herself on the Celtic harp, performing all over the world in many different languages. Her repertoire is a mix of traditional melodies and her own compositions reflecting her own story of mixed cultural heritage and transcending the barriers of nation and language.

Maninder Singh is a bass player and vocalist. He trained at Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music in Chennai. He is an essential element of the musical life in his home town of Dehradun, with many different acts; in recording studios, cafes, clubs, theaters, and festivals. He’s part of the team organising “Music Matters”, a festival for local musicians from Dehradun.
