A stage set like never before. The Shakespeare comedy theater festival returns with four adaptations across 11 cities in India. Starring some of the biggest names from Bollywood, this four-month tour is guaranteed to be India’s largest theatre festival with a simple promise to Entertain you like never before. Witness comical interpretations of Macbeth, Hamlet, King Lear and As You Like It all written & Directed by Renowned actor Rajat Kapoor. In the series, two shows are going to staged in Ahmedabad

(1) I Don’t Like it – As You Like it : 4.00 pm

A troupe of clowns has not been doing too well lately. Combined with the downhill box financial status the relationships of the clowns is all messed up. Nobody can stand anybody else in the troupe really. They keep fighting couples go through their own broken relationships and amidst all of this, the director tries to put up another Shakespeare play. To make matters even worse, he decides that the men will play women and women, men. The troupe rebels. But in spite of all their fears, and doubts, they do manage to put up a show eventually, and in the process they discover something new about themselves.

(2) Nothing Like Lear : 7.00 pm

Ever thought what a clown does when he is depressed? It, sure, is tough being a clown. Here is one who hasn’t stopped crying for days and boy does he have plenty of reasons. The one he loved most has left him and gone away, for good. Now he has nothing. Also, he isnt getting any younger. In fact he is old. But more than anything else, he is sad because he has been forced to perform this play. No wonder he is depressed!
