A step towards clarity, simplicity and deeper silence. Kokoro hiking is a technique of meditative hiking to stay balanced by connecting mind, body and spirit together with (inner + outer) nature. Bringing awareness to mind, heart and soul by reflecting emotions, thoughts and feelings. This Kokoro therapy hiking will bring positivity and encouragement to participants. A gathering to be more away from ambiguity. The location of hiking is 40 km away from Ahmedabad. This hiking is open for anybody above 15 years. Location: 40 km away from Ahmedabad (A drive near Chiloda, Gandhinagar) Reporting: 03.00 PM | August 17 Decathlon, Motera Essentials: Participants are requested to wear full-body covered, extremely lightweight (but not too thin material), dark/ earthy coloured clothing. Participants need to carry a small daypack for drinking water (PET/ reusable bottle). Participants also need to wear hiking shoes along with thick cotton/woollen socks. Carry a small mat which can be fit in a daypack. Do not carry any rain gears, instead carry an extra pair of clothing which we can change at the end of the hike.
