Day 1: Friday 21st June 2019

Nicolette Gore:

The Artist who wears many hats, but rocks the stage with ALL of them. An accomplished singer, song writer & drummer, she brings high voltage electricity to all of her stage performances. She is also the Founder of SSS (Sunday Secret Sessions) an underground movement focussed on supporting up & coming musicians in Ahmedabad.

Big Ban Theory:

Big Ban Theory is a cult phenomenon! Formed in 2003, the band was at the centre of the Universe in the Ahmedabad music scene. Powered by the much revered master of guitar, Anup Phukan, the band has seen the light of Day in 2019 with its strongest line-up yet! Needless to say, when these guys take the stage, explosions are imminent.

Heat Sink:

An Indie band based in Ahmedabad, consisting of members from different music backgrounds, their sound ranges from Jazz to Progressive Rock & includes diverse styles & themes. They aim to create organic music by experimenting with vocal melodies, harmonic ideas & lyrics with a healthy combination of both the theoretical & emotional aspects of music.

Rapscallion:

The perfect band to get the party going & a great groove flowing! The band has strong foundations in blues, soul, metal & good ol’ hard rock!

River:

The band has played a number of shows around the city & have a strong fan following.

The band has a song for every occasion & are a happy-facing, joke-telling, rock n’ roll playing circus.

A must-see show as this is River’s last gig with the original line-up.

………………………………………………………………………………..

Day 2: Saturday 22nd June 2019

Akrita Live with Folklore:

An extremely talented group of musicians who have come together to re-invent folk music as we know it – The traditional, with a touch of Rock!

The strength of this group lays in the use of various musical elements to better drive home their points.

This band is an instant classic. Don’t be fooled by the band members’ youthful appearances. Their music speaks of an experience & skill level way above their years!

Inspired by bands like Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters.

Mahila Manch:

These performers are true Artists for sure& have been taking Ahmedabad’s comedy landscape by storm.

They have been smashing patriarchy & sexism, not with sticks & stones but mercilessly with gags, jokes & sarcastic barbs galore. Nobody is safe!
