This World Youth Skills Day, the emphasis on the importance of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in providing youth with the opportunities to develop their competencies and accelerate their transition to work. How to Support and Celebrate? Our center is encouraged to host a Photography Competition on “Skills in Action” If you are a skilled photographer and would like to join this year’s celebration, don’t miss your chance to enter the American Corner Ahmedabad #SkillsinAction Photo Competition! The Skills in Action Photo Competition 2019 will highlight how Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is: – encouraging youth employment and entrepreneurship – promoting equity and Gender Equality – facilitating the transition to sustainable economies and societies You are welcome to participate as long as you are at least 18 years old. Submit your entries before July 15th, 2019 in .jpg or .png format to tejal@iaesgujarat.org All the photos will be exhibited on July 27th, 2019 at the American Corner and Top 3 entries will get recognition and a certificate.
