Panchkanya (ahalya, draupadi, kunti, Tara, mandodari) who were wronged in their stories but now remembered. Recital then moves into exploration of movements in classical format, depiction bondage, suffocation, fear and shock. This leads to a Durga Paran which boasts of feminine power. And just like a classical kathak repertoire, this recital ends with Abhinaya. A tulsidas bhajan. But here bhajan doesn’t end as the musch awaited savior is nowhere to be seen.
