This is a guided one week process, lasting one hour per day.
A process is a holistic approach to understanding that the body and the mind are not separate.

Anything that happens in the mind affects the body. Our conflicting thoughts, emotions, anxiety, and fears create the blocks in physical as well as behavior patterns. This program brings in the harmony between the body and the mind.

The process helps people with migraines, addictions, stress-related health issues, behavior patterns, insomnia …etc. The program will be facilitated by Shallu Annand – Emotional wellness and Confidence coach – to know more about the facilitator visit www.shalluannand.com.

This is a program based on self-hypnosis, where one learns to harness the body-minds self-healing energies and brings wholeness and balance.
