When you paint with awareness, who you truly are and what you are feeling in the moment will be expressed on the paper. LIKE REFLECTING YOURSELF BACK TO YOU. – This workshop will give you a glimpse of esoteric world of THERAPEUTIC ART. We will explore a technique where you will be able to experience change in your feelings which will reflect on what you are painting. We will understand the emotions that will surface during the activity. Another beautiful activity is partner painting, where we can attempt to understand interpersonal realms in a constructive way. Facilitator: Pankkti Chauhan As a multi-talented art loving soul, Pankkti always had a keen sense of curiosity and attributes that drew her towards beautiful world of visual senses.
