For Age group- 5 to 10 years
Timings: 5:00- 6:45 pm ( Week 1- Mon -Friday) (Week 2 – Mon- Thurs) 30th April to May 10 ( Mon-Fri and Mon-Thu)
What will the Story Program cover?
Children will have a unique learning experience through:
1. Fun with Amazing science based concepts : Whoever said Science was boring, did not experience it the Story way. Where does the Sun go at night, Why do things fall down and not upwards, Why does it Rain… 2 days of Science n Stories will help your children learn about these basic science concepts in an extremely fun way
2. Sneak Peek into the world of Numbers and Data : have you ever wondered- why do we count in Base 10 and not 8? ,Why do we call modern numbers Arabic Numbers and does ‘Nothing’ Really matter?… 2 days of Maths n Stories will help your children learn about the age appropriate Maths concepts with some amazing stories.
3. The Specially designed Puppet Theatre & Puppet making: Puppetry & Storytelling go hand in hand. Introducing children to Puppet Making & Puppet Theatre- At this 1 day special session, Children get to take their Puppet kits back with them along with learning some beautiful stories
4. The Chocolicious Story n baking session: Where does Chocolate come from? Does chocolate grow on trees? lets discover the Chocolate Story- the chocolicious way! Decorate your own choice cup cakes along and Relish some delicious chocolate stories- A 1 day session ( children decorate, eat n take some of their goodies home)
5 Virtual Visit to the Imagination Park through Creative Thinking & Story weaving: Children love Stories and what they love even more- is Telling their Stories. The 3 day sessions, will let your children discover the joy of Telling, Creating & Editing their own stories.
Total of 9 days spread over 2 weeks- First of its kind in Ahmedabad- Dedicated Summer Story program for children.

A mosaic is a piece of art or image made from the assemblage of small pieces of colored glass, stone, or other materials. It is often used in decorative art or as interior decoration. Most mosaics are made of small, flat, roughly square, pieces of stone or glass of different colors, known as tesserae. Workshop Details : – This 3 hour mosaic workshop will enable the participants to acquire a basic knowledge of mosaic making. – Participant will learn, Basic techniques, tools and materials involved in creating mosaic art + Cutting tile + adhesive to use + grouting. – Final product is ceramic tile mosaic tray (10.5″ x 8″ x 2″) – All required materials will be provided. The shortest distance between 2 people is a simple story. From great Philosophers to Speakers to Influencers, people have used Stories and Storytelling from centuries in this wonderful country. The workshop will deep dive into this wonderful art form and over the 6 days will explore : – Whats makes Oral storytelling different to other mediums of arts – Differentiate Personal and Classical tales : Explore stories from our own life – Explore Myths , Folktales, History as various forms of Classical Tales – Making a story relevant for a audience – Usage of Voice and Modulation to bring out the emotion effectively – Understanding our Body to express a story effectively : From eyes to hands The workshop will be based on theatre games, voice exercises, textual explorations, movement meditation based on the 15+ years of Vikram Sridhar in Theatre and Performance Storytelling.
