Gunjan Trivedi (Life Coach, Sound Healer) has 20 years of global experience (lived in Japan, Singapore, China and the US. At present, he is based in India) and plays various sound instruments (Indian Classical Drums – Tabla, Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks etc).
What to expect:
In Nada Yoga 1, you learn about sound, its healing properties and understand why do we use sound healing. This hands-on workshop teaches you about Himalayan Singing Bowl, its healing benefits, how to use these bowls and what is involved in the selection of these bowls.
You also learn various techniques to use these bowls for healing, starting with relaxation (using brain wave entrainment), meditation and for healing few specific ailments (e.g.). You also learn about how to measure the energy parameters (before and after the therapy) and experience deep relaxation & homeostasis. In this workshop, you use up to 4 bowls and learn how to use them in various positions based on the client needs.
At Wellness Space, we focus disproportionately on making sure you understand the needs of your client first, find out any energy imbalances (you will learn how to do that) and also validate how the healing work has impacted the client’s overall state and the energy. As the curriculum progresses, you also learn to use (your own voice) and learn to explore the use of music for healing purposes.

Theatre Workshop by Ouroboros 22nd April to 31st May | Thrice a week | 7:00 – 9:30 This is a one and a half month long workshop which will focus on all the different areas, that together reflect Theatre as a whole. Be it Acting, Writing, Direction or else. It will follow a constant theme of Theatre with master sessions as follows: ABHIJAT JOSHI National Award-winning screenwriter and academic Abhijat Joshi is best known for his association with Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani, with whom he has penned some of the biggest and critically acclaimed Bollywood blockbusters since the turn of the millenium: ‘Lage Raho Munna Bhai’, ‘3 Idiots’, ‘Sanju’ and ‘PK’ to name a few. MANOJ SHAH An artistic director having more than 30 years of experience in all different genres of entertainment like Cinema,Theatre, etc. He has created more the 115 plays till now. Some of his noted works are plays like ‘Master Phoolmani’, ‘Mareez’, ‘Hun Chandrakant Bakshi’, ‘Mohan no Masalo’, ‘Karl Marx in Kalbadevi’ to name a few. SAUMYA JOSHI Saumya Joshi is a well-known name for his plays, including ‘US of Pada ni Pol’, ‘102 Not Out’, ‘Welcome Zindagi’ and ‘Aaj Jaane ki Zid na Karo’ are some of his notable works in Gujarati theatre. His other credited works include ‘102 Not Out’, a Hindi film starring Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor. PRATIK GANDHI Who does not know him ! The face and the body of the indistry. Pratik has featured in several films such as ‘Love ni Bhavai’, ‘Wrong Side Raju’, ‘Ventilator’ and a bollywood film ‘Mitron’ where he co-starred with Jacky Bhagnani. His skills in Theatre as well cannot go unnoticed: ‘Mere Piya Gaye Rangoon’, ‘Mohan no Masalo’, ‘Hun Chandrakant Bakshi’ are a few of them. This workshop will be conducted, thrice a week from 7 PM to 9.30 PM, with constant mentorship by CHIRAG MODI Apart from being a skilled theatre director, he is also the founder of Ouroboros.
