It is Deja Vu time, from French seven course vegetarian cooking meal to styling of Indian culinary, Zarin is back!
Chefs around the world have this saying, “you eat with your eyes first”, a dish’s presentation plays a huge role in making your taste buds tickle.
We have already explored food in terms of taste various times, it is time to explore our Visual senses this time.
We will be learning how to put Indian culinary on the plate in order to please your visual senses, and constant interaction with Zarin about the history and theory tips on how to make it look stunning on a plate at none other than Dhoom Dhaam itself.
A three course meal will be there for us to relish all our senses after Zarin finishes her presentation, along with a platform to allow us to meet new people and make new friends.

Details: (1) Freehand clay modelling technique with terracotta clay (2) Ganesha size will be maximum 1 foot (3) Material (clay and moulding tools) will be provided (4) Participants have to bring apron, napkin, decorative materials and a plate or ply to put the idol (5) Only eco-friendly decorative materials (like grains) will be permitted (6) Age Group: 11 years and above (7) Fees Rs. 500/- Only 20 participants will be enrolled. The second batch will be announced in case of more registrations. Separate workshop for younger children may be organised for mother-child team. Inquire at Kalaniketan office.
