Rangoli is an art form native to Nepal, India and Bangladesh in which patterns are created on the floor in living rooms or courtyards using materials such as coloured rice, dry flour, coloured sand or flower petals.

Date & Time :
Date :1 – 2nd October
Time : 3pm – 5pm

Workshop Details :
This two-day workshop will cover the demonstration of the artistic styles, designs, and patterns of Rangoli, the practice of the patterns and finally the formation of a largely sized Rangoli by the whole group.

Day 1:
– Demonstration of the patterns by the instructor
– Hands-on practice of the same by the students on a smaller scale using white colour only

Day 2:
– All the participants will work together to make a large-sized circular and colourful Rangoli of approx 2-3 meters in diameter

The strength of this batch will be 10 participants only.
What to bring – Medium size bowl.
Rest of materials will be provided by them.
