Summer Batch (Basic Course for Starters & Explorers)

Batch 1 – 30th April to 28th May- Every Sunday – Weekend Batch
(5 Sundays | 10.00 AM – 02.00 PM) (Very Limited Seats)

Batch 2 – 1st May to 26th May-3 days in a Week-3 Hours in a day
Weekdays Batch (Mon-Wed-Fri – 06.00 PM – 09.00 PM)

Detailed Preview –

Rangayan is an open for all workshop which covers all the basics of Theatre & Acting. We believe Theatre or Acting cannot be taught but it can definitely be learnt. Hence, we use theatrical exercises and improvisations which make you learn the basics creatively. The workshop is designed by experts of the field and subjects are divided among the mentors according to their forte to make sure that you get the best.

Rangayan will be basically your first step towards the stage. During the workshop or post the workshop, you either get introduced to a new art form or you get the basics clear before pursuing a career in Acting or you realise if you really want to pursue this as a career. Perhaps, you will realise all of it together! One thing that is sure is that no one goes back without getting something out of the workshop. Ultimately if nothing, we promise you would be a better human being then what you were by the time workshop ends!

On the occasion of Janmashtami L.D. Museum & N.C. Mehta Gallery invites you for Workshop on ‘Traditional Nathdwara Style of Painting’ to be conducted by Mrs. Vaidehi Shah (an Ahmedabad based artist who has been practicing miniature paintings and Pichwai paintings on cloth as well as paper since last 36 years) The workshop will commence at the above mentioned time, starting with a very brief talk on Nathdwara school of painting. This will be followed by an introductory session of Nathdwara style of painting by Mrs. Vaidehi Shah Eligibility: 18 years and above (a prior experience in art is required) Registration fee: Rs 100/- per participant (inclusive of lunch and drawing paper needed for the workshop, other stationery like pencils, eraser, brushes and colours need to be brought by the participant) For registration Please visit our website or social media pages to download registration form, which you can submit with registration fee in person at the venue before 17th August 2018 in office hours.
