Conducted by Shashi Bhushan & Team (FTII Alumni)(B3ing) 12 Days | 60 Hours About the Workshop:- The workshop revolves around Realism in Acting or being Natural or Organic, which is required in front of the camera. We believe in a simple Mantra, “Acting is Doing” so we create such an environment where you “Do” and experience. The modules of the workshop focus predominantly on on realistic acting, designed mainly for the medium of cinema. Modules that will be covered are:- 1. Breaking the Physical and Mental Inhibitions 2. General/Sense Awareness 3. Theatre Games to Create a Creative Environment 4. An Actor’s Regime (Physical and Vocal) 5. Concentration Exercises 6. Imagination (Space, Object, People, Environmental Factors) 7. Relaxation 8. Introduction to the Factors (5 Ws, Relationship, Previous Incident) 9. Improvisation 10. Listening/Being in the Moment(Based on Sanford Meisner Technique) 11. Approaching Text (Comprehend, Interpret, Analyse, Performing Organically) 12. Scene-Work 13. Auditioning The goal of the workshop is to give the participants an insight into the kind of training professional actors undergo. About the Mentors Workshop Designed, Co-ordinated & Conducted by Shashi Bhushan Actor, Writer, Director, Mentor, Alumnus of FTII, Pune With an experience of more than a decade into training actors, Shashi Bhushan has conducted workshops for stars such as Shabana Azmi, Sonam Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Raghuveer Yadav, Neena Gupta, Jackky Bhagnani, Kirti Kulhari, Neeraj Kabi, Gul Panag, Jaideep Ahlawat, Jim Sarbh, Jitendra Kumar(TVF), Swastika Mukherjee, Jameel Khan, Pravesh Rana among others. He has also conducted workshop for numerous Hindi feature films, Web-series and TV serials such as Neerja(YRF), Quaidi Band, Jamna Paar, 4 More Shots Please, Life Sahi Hai and Sann 75. Apart from training actors he has acted in various Feature Films and TVCs including Neerja, Jhund, Lucknow Central, Bioscopewala, Mujhausa, Chidiyakhana, Bunohaansh, The Last Act and Kajarya. Sawan Tank, Actor, Alumnus of FTII, Pune He is an Indian film actor, known for his work in the films “SUI DHAAGA” “PIND DAAN” “MOM & CO.” He has done his acting diploma from Film and television Institute of India and has been active in cinema and theatre since then. His notable plays are -Art, Sharad Joshi express, Happy Birthday. He has conducted 10 acting workshop since past 4 years with B3ING and has also conducted acting workshops with Seema Pahwa. Sandeep Dhabale Actor, Alumnus of FTII, Pune He is an Indian film actor, worked as an actor in films like Hunterrr, Talwar, Manto, Most wanted and many more. He has done his acting diploma from Film and television Institute of India and has been active in cinema and theatre since then. His notable play is “Toye”, directed by Jyoti Dogra, an adaptation of Agni aur Varsha by Girish Karnad.
