Monsoon Batch (Basic Course for Starters & Explorers)
Batch 1 – 23rd July to 20th August – Every Sunday – Weekend Batch
(5 Sundays | 10.00 AM – 02.00 PM) (Very Limited Seats)
Batch 2 – 24th July to 25th August –
3 days in a Week-3 Hours in a day
Weekdays Batch (Mon-Wed-Fri – 06.00 PM – 09.00 PM)

Detailed Preview –
Rangayan is an open for all workshop which covers all the basics of Theatre & Acting. We believe Theatre or Acting cannot be taught but it can definitely be learnt. Hence, we use theatrical exercises and improvisations which make you learn the basics creatively. The workshop is designed by experts of the field and subjects are divided among the mentors according to their forte to make sure that you get the best.
Rangayan will be basically your first step towards the stage. During the workshop or post the workshop, you either get introduced to a new art form or you get the basics clear before pursuing a career in Acting or you realize if you really want to pursue this as a career. Perhaps, you will realize all of it together! One thing that is sure is that no one goes back without getting something out of the workshop. Ultimately if nothing, we promise you would be a better human being then what you were by the time workshop ends!

Details: (1) Freehand clay modelling technique with terracotta clay (2) Ganesha size will be maximum 1 foot (3) Material (clay and moulding tools) will be provided (4) Participants have to bring apron, napkin, decorative materials and a plate or ply to put the idol (5) Only eco-friendly decorative materials (like grains) will be permitted (6) Age Group: 11 years and above (7) Fees Rs. 500/- Only 20 participants will be enrolled. The second batch will be announced in case of more registrations. Separate workshop for younger children may be organised for mother-child team. Inquire at Kalaniketan office. Workshop will be conducted by Avani Varia.
