SPD Art Exhibition at Amdavad Ni Gufa

This is her second art exhibition in Ahmedabad; Sanaz Panahpour Darehshoun is a respected Turkish artist, who travels the globe to spread the joy of aesthetics. Her expressive and appealing way of painting using bold colours has tremendously set a unique art example in India and around. Till now she has exhibited her work at Iran, India, and Dubai and will be soon spreading to other countries too. Sanaz has academically studied art and believes art as her way of expressing within her introvert personality.

This season Sanaz has developed a unique pattern of painting, which is a version of carving. Her enhancing creativity has used chisel and oil pastels on canvas to come up with the best of her. The paintings did have an element of freedom, while using subjects like boatmen, water bodies, trees and skies in it. Her pattern of description has a unique amalgamation of the natural and manmade elements. The texture of colour patterns not only makes it attractive but it also helps in defining every element individually.

International artists like Sanaz approaching the heritage city of Ahmedabad twice, clearly reflects the growing art market here. This kind of exhibition helps in bridging the gap between aspiring local artists and international aesthetics. We as art appreciators should certainly promote these artistic activities so that maximum number of artists sees Ahmedabad as an opportunity to grow.
