Ahmedabad Poetry Festival leaves blissful echoes behind!
An auditorium prettified with colourful cushions, the Ahmedabad Poetry Festival showcase had bravura literature flowing in the air. The final poems of the participants’ performance reflected the startling learnings from the previous 2 days. Sonnets, poems, and songs filled the dome with blissful echoes. Kyle Louw and Ikenna Onyegbula’s performance proved their existence as one of the best-spoken word poets of the globe. There are some events in the city that are honest and this was one of them. Everyone came forward, performed, learnt, inspired each other, hugged and left beamingly. Facilitators Kyle and Ikenna greeted every participant with a personal note and a book consisting Kyle’s personal poetry compilation. Ahmedabad Poetry Slam, Delhi Poetry Slam, and Litcomm were gratified heavily by everyone for taking all the pain in arranging everything so precisely.
The city is looking forward to identical events, where learnings are shared on a global platform.
