Yasir A Bakili is a self taught photographer. For Bakili, a 3d animator by profession, photography works as his creative outlet. He is fascinated by art, forms and nature and uses his passion to express his inner dialogues.
In his photography the attempt is to capture the brilliance, beauty and fragility of the subject. Photography for Bakili is also a window to his thoughts and emotions, somewhere deep within he feels, this photographic expressions might be his connect with world, and that it makes him feel a part of this otherwise lonely universe.
In this Photo Studio set, Yasir shares his series titled ‘Triangle’. The series is about the connection between light, shadow and subject that gives birth to the geometry of triangle.
Exquisitely shot in black and whites the images are a surrealistic portrayal of the reality in front of the camera.
Yasir is based in Valsad, Gujarat.
