Tiny Creatures of Dang : a Macro look

A degree in psychology, experienced National Cadet, an occasional Boxer, an avid biker and a compulsive wanderer, Wilkis James is a true blue creative yatri. And not to forget that we are talking about him here, as after being all of the above, he is also a Photographer.

Trained by Ketan Modi, this spirited young photographer is oriented towards nature by bird watching lessons of Ms. Falguna. Largely self taught Wilkis is a camera weilding wanderer.

In this album we see his skills of Macro photography, that gives the viewer an indiscreet entry into the world of visual entomology. All the pictures of the album are shot in picturesque Dang, located in the southern tip of state of Gujarat. Dang is among the dense forest regions of the country that has a rich history along with a throbbing forest life and rare tribal inhabitants. The forests have varieties of reptiles, insects and spiders that are the objects of our lens man’s attention.
