The Blossoms of Ahmedabad

Have you every been fascinated during your childhood about the working of a camera? Like how does it capture a live moving real life figure into an ultra clear still painting? How does an optic mechanism know the aesthetics of beauty? The picture story of Hitesh Raval began with few of these curious thoughts. Working in the Gujarat University for more than 30 years now. Hitesh has been carrying a camera with him for capturing life since past 45 years. Under the mentorship of Ketan Modi, Hitesh learned the proper way of functioning a Digital Single Lens Reflex Camera. His interest lies moreover in natural, wildlife and life photography.

The Blossoms of Ahmedabad is a picturesque album of images from the recent Flower Show in Ahmedabad. Since past 4 years, Hitesh has been consistently visiting the show and this time he has captured beautiful stills of local and international flowers for us. The vivid colors of flowers are eye-catching and one can literally feel the aroma, while just glancing at the pictures. The precision while focusing each petal is something worth noticing within this album. An ideal desktop wallpaper album that every nature enthusiast should save and relish.
