Poetry in Images
This week’s Photo Studio album is with a difference. The photographer Saagar has this poetic perception wherein he perceives visuals and words in combination with each other. For him, a photo occurs as a verse, and verses happen as visuals…and this results into a beautiful amalgamation of verses and visuals.
The album has 8 monochrome images of women of varied age and with it the photographer has captioned verses that for him is a stimulation for capturing the respective image.
From a different dimension, the album brings to the viewer lives of women who belong to the rural or semi-urban strata and are probably affected by resourcelessness. Saagar’s unique vision gives an interesting perception to the lives of these wonderful women.
