Dtours : a Curated Architectural Travel Initiative

Curated tour to Japan and Europe- Experience Marvels Carved by Architect Tadao Ando and Le Corbusier

An architectural excursion initiated by the designers and architects of The Design Factory India in association with other architectural institutes, Dtours is a unique exploratory International tour series where enthusiasts witness monumental infrastructure made by legendary architects together in a curated architecture tour.

The group has till now organised more than ten international tours within the closed circle, but this year the organisation has painstakingly crafted and organised tours for common citizens to visit Japan and places in Europe and experience the edifices made by celebrated architects Tadao Ando and Le Corbusier. Tadao Ando was a self-taught Japanese architect, and Le Corbusier was a Swiss-French Designer, whose immense contribution towards modern architecture is a reformation that is still celebrated by contemporary design enthusiasts today.

The eight-day long tours are scheduled on separate dates where participants will be taken to the Japanese city of Tokyo, Naoshima, Teshima, Awaji, Kobe and Osaka and European cities of Paris, Lyon, Basel, Zurich and Berlin. It is not only an opportunity to spark your creative instinct, but also a chance to develop a first-hand experience with a foreign culture while appreciating their local art and aesthetics.
