Ahmedabad has quite a few surprises in store for culture fans.
A very special event is part of this AAW. A host of artists, have come together to pay tribute to respected artist Late Shri Jeram Patel. Patel, who stayed in Vadodara, the culture capital of Gujarat passed away earlier this year. Patel’s contribution in the field of abstract art is immense and gave a new direction to modern art of Gujarat. He is four time Lalit Kala Akademi awardee and has also won a National Award for Design in 1976.
