Neeraj Arya's Kabir Cafe launches 'Panchranga' in Ahmedabad

Panchrang- Musical Echoes of Kabir

Musica productions, as a part of their signature festival ‘Musica Fest’, presented Neeraj Arya’s kabir Cafe and their debut album ; ‘Panchrang-musical Echoes of Kabir’ at Shri Chinubhai Chimabhai Auditorium HK college campus, Ahmeabad on Sunday, August 28.

Panchrang –  is a dedication to their guru Padmashri Prahladji Tipanya, who has been spreading the Malwi folk legacy of Kabir since over three decades. It was their guru, who gave the name ‘Panchrang’ to their album, since it is about the confluence with kabir, of five band members from distinct musical and cultural background. The album has 12 tracks.

They said, ‘Panchrang will take you back in time and yet keep you connected with the present’. The album is a dedication to the folk traditions that have preserved kabir’s thoughts with its signature, rustic musical beauty.

Amdavadi audiences connected to the musical harmony,  which was a combination of philosophy, poetry and personal understanding of the contemporary world by the band members. Through the words of Kabir and powerful music, they were reminded of simple life with integrity. The night had soulful music  with a few lessons of life, subtly shared.

Team CY wishes the band all the success for the album and hopes their music reaches to millions.
