Aves of Ahmedabad

Rujuta Shah is a 22-year-old engineer, who began photography from an iPhone as a hobby during her relaxing 12th standard summer vacations. She never thought that it would soon become a process of meditation for her. Clicking pictures turned out to be her vent from the mundane; Rujuta saw it moreover as a passion that helped her in thinking and acting right in certain life situations. Since past five years, Rujuta has been a street, wildlife and a portrait photographer and she is determined that she would never opt for event/wedding photography anytime soon.

Her vision of capturing life in motion is indeed explained in the album ‘Aves of Ahmedabad’, where she has captured birds of varied species through her Canon Eos 600D. She selected ornithologist preferred places of Ahmedabad like Thol Lake, Nalsarovar Lake, Indroda Park, and Serenity Library to click these picturesque Aves. One can always follow a trace of action in her photographs. She makes sure that no matter how much patience do one has to invest, the frame should capture a motion and not a still. Rujuta is a prodigy photographer, who has been mentored by photography coach Ketan Modi of Navgujarat Multicourse Training Institute.
