Ironically, the ‘Last Christmas’ singer left for heavenly abode on Christmas Day, making December 25th his last christmas! English Singer, Lyricist and Record producer George Michael left fans across the globe weeping with his untimely exit.

George, the pop legend from England, who sang “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go” passed away peacefully while sleeping at his house in England. George, whose posters are still visible on many a hostel walls, was a billboard topper who sold more than 100 million records worldwide. He is still remembered for his graceful era of the 80s and 90s, George started his career as part of group ‘Wham’ with singer Andrew Ridgeley. During his early days, George started exploring his creativity as a Disco Jockey and later gave birth to an all new pop-disco genre with his album Faith.

George will live forever among us through our playlists.
