On September 29, 2017, Ravishankar Raval Art Gallery was transmogrified into an art arena full of striking photographs. It was the annual display of the 13th All Gujarat Photography Exhibition organised by Manav Pratishthan, which will continue to exhibit the creativity of its participants till October 1, 2017. The initiative has been supported by Navgujarat Photography, Gujarat Photo Supplies and Creativeyatra.com under the mentorship of veteran photographer Ketan Modi. The series of competition that has been going over since more than a decade now received an overwhelming response of 1200 entries sent by 400 participants this time. The 50 best artworks on the pre-decided theme of Creative Nature are exhibited on the walls of the gallery including the best ten, which received prizes by the organisers.
Being an exhibition on a particular theme of Creative Nature, the show doesn’t give its viewers a monotonous outlook which is restricted to animals, trees or skies. The photographs showcase a lot of depth not only through creative angles but abstract figures forming amidst the natural elements. The photographs have been judiciously assessed by senior photographers Ghanshyam Savani and Yasir Bakili, and the participants are professional as well hobbyist photographers.
Get connected to nature creatively this October.
