And to quench the thirst of creativity in this scorching environ, Creative Yatra has come up with an uber cool list of activities that one should visit with their dear ones. Art exhibitions reflecting experience, Theatre Performances depicting life, poetry recitals describing emotions and creative happenings describing celebration. It takes a lot of man-hours to come up with this list and the only motto behind its compilation is to get these unique events maximum audience, and for the Yatris, maximum enrichment.
Dula Bhaya Kag a spiritual poet, artist, writer and songwriter who was born in Mahuva village of Saurashtra in 1902 is the inspiration behind the 106th Ahmedabad Art Weekly. He went to school till 5th grade, left it and joined the India’s independence movement. Kag has written an eight volume work on mythology called as Kagvani and numerous songs on Mahatma Gandhi and Vinoba Bhave’s ideologies and activities including the revolutionary Bhudan movement. In 1962, Kag was honoured with the Padma Shri Award and his poems are still considered as an excellent piece of literature.
